Squealer’s Smoke Shack to be featured on America’s Best Restaurants Roadshow

Tea’s Squealer’s Smoke Shack Bar & Grill is set to welcome a visit from America’s Best Restaurants (ABR) in mid-July 2024. ABR, a national media and marketing company dedicated to spotlighting local, independently-owned restaurants, will bring its renowned ABR Roadshow to the restaurant on July 15th. During this visit, popular dishes will be showcased, and an extensive on-camera interview with the owners, the Kuipers family, will delve into the restaurant’s special role in the community. The episode will later be aired extensively on social media channels.

With offices in Florence, KY and Las Vegas, America’s Best Restaurants is a national media and restaurant marketing company that travels the country telling the stories and highlighting the unique food of locally owned independent restaurants as part of their ABR Roadshow. Restaurants are featured not only on ABR’s Restaurant Network of social media channels and website, but also each individual establishment’s Facebook page. Squealer’s Smoke Shack began as a food truck in 2014, moved to catering as requests came in, and eventually a brick-and-mortar location in 2016, before moving to their current location in May 2020.

The modern space features two outdoor patios that can seat about one hundred each - one patio is on the roof - and the dining area, which can seat another two hundred. The menu offers a wide array of smoked meat sandwiches, ribs, mac and cheese, burgers, flatbread pizzas and salads. On weekends, steaks are added to the lineup. 

The eatery also has a sand volleyball court outside and heavily promotes team play, youth leagues, and tournaments as fundraisers. 

America’s Best Restaurants will be filming on location on Monday July 15th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. CST. The restaurant’s finished episode premiere date will be announced on their Facebook page and will be featured on America’s Best Restaurants’ website.

Restaurants featured on the ABR Roadshow are selected based on their customer reviews, menu items, social media presence, and level of involvement with their community.
