Representatives from the Tea Area School District staff and school board recently accepted a $5,000 donation from the Tea Area Community Foundation (TACF) to support the Performing Arts Center (PAC).  This generous contribution is part of the PAC’s ongoing fundraising campaign.

The district is currently working on an expansion that includes dedicating a wall in the high school commons to honor the community. This “Titan Legacy Wall” offers an opportunity for families, businesses, organizations, classes, and individuals to display their names or logos as a lasting tribute for future generations.

More information on the Titan Legacy Wall and other ways to contribute to the campaign can be found on the Tea Area School District website.

This $5,000 donation elevates the Tea Area Community Foundation to a “Gold” donor status, supporting programming enhancements in the new facility.

Residents who wish to support projects like this can send donations to the TACF at PO Box 153, Tea, SD 57064, or contribute online at sfacf.org/tea

As TACF donations are endowed, only the annual interest is used for grant awards, allowing each gift to create a lasting impact.

With Giving Tuesday approaching on December 3, both the Tea Area Community Foundation and the PAC are welcoming donations of any size from the community.
